Sonja Lyth is a certified comprehensive Pilates teacher, personal trainer, & health coach, passionate about helping people cultivate a mindful & empowering relationship with exercise & beyond. Solshine Pilates is a culmilation of education and personal transformation through movement and over 18 years of experience creating and designing countless programs for clients that lead to incredible transformations inside and out. Her goal is not only for you to see results, but to help create a routine that you look forward to because it offers you the space to be present in your body, moves stagnant energy, feels amazing, and brings out your inner strength and joy.
Amy Aeillo | Nutritionist & Ayurvedic Practioner
Amy is a certified Nutrition Consultant & Health Educator with a deep passion for assisting others in leading a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Amy integrates Ayurvedic diagnostic tools and whole food nutrition into all of her personalized programs to find root causes & support mind/body health. She believes you are not only what you eat but what you absorb, so she always focuses on strengthening the digestive system and incorporating lifestyle choices that enhance the body’s ability to thrive. She truly loves food and finds it inspiring to excite others in delicious ways to prepare and enjoy eating whole foods.

What’s included in the 21-Day Reset Challenge

Workshops will be held on Sundays, December 1st, 8th, & 15th at 10:30 a.m. PST via Zoom.
Recordings will be added to the SolShine platform for you to access anytime!
